Return and Cancellation
If you are dissatisfied with your order, because of damage or wrong size in our mistakes, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange.
Refunds for items returned within 7 of the delivery date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges) and the same form as the original payment type.
Any claims for damaged order or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of package.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging and include copy the original invoice or sale receipt.
Our refunds and exchanges are eligible only for incorrect and/or defective item(s).
We cannot accept any claims if it is a result of item type or model that was mistakenly chosen by purchaser.
To return your product, send us an email first at email@example.com. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
If you are shipping from abroad you must ensure that the customs form indicates you are “Returning Product for Exchange or Repair.”
We will not be liable for any customs charge for returned items.
If items are sent back with customs charges they NOT be accepted/collected from the delivery company in possession.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
We cannot reship missing item due to incorrect address provided by purchaser.
We strongly encourage you to check your order details and shipping address on your cart carefully before making any payment.
By using our service you agree that you are fully aware of and committed to all actions and transactions you carry out through our site. Therefore, any cancellation request of transaction that have been fulfilled will be rejected.
